Security Help ASAP

I live on the top floor(3rd floor) of a grandII listed property with tall
sash windows.
Of recent I am getting what look like young VANDALS throwing objects at
windows.
They have broken a window 2 times. Today I just got a call from my wife
that they
have done it again. This is very dangerous risk as my sofa is in front of
the sash windows bay.
Also the the broken glass pieces landed up to 30ft away. Had my wife been
in the room
(she left the room 3minutes prior) she is sure that she would have been hit
by glass.

Any sugestions on which wired outdoor camera i can use. I can hook this up
to a pc
and record 24/7. I am on to my property management you are not the most
pro-active ppl
so want to start making things a bit more secure in the mean time.

Any help would very much apreciated.
