Mark, with the greatest of respect, you do seem to be posting obscure 
work-related requests for information with increasingly regularity!

I'm sure there are better ways to solicit the feedback you are 
looking for (perhaps one of the ISP newsgroups?) from the 
international, rather than UK based, internet, not HA, community.

An observation, I'm not trying to start the first UKHA flame war ;-)
