Cannon used to do some 1/4 sphere speakers you could paint and mount in the
corner.
Dunno if they still do them though.

Also, Linn do some that fit into a standard downlighter fitting.

May be a bit OTT for announcements though, but perhaps an option if you
wanted to play music through them also.....
