Another option is to sign up for another
12 month contract, get a panny or sony unit, and just pay the basic family
package for 12 months (tenner).

Have you tried ebay, they seem
to go for about £70 but you may find one cheaper.

The reason for my original request for a cheap supplier is that I want
to connect the TiVo to a sat receiver other than my Sky+, and then just
get a FreetoAir card for it.
I've got 2 spare connectors on my quad LNB

I mean will someone be able to watch a recording off Sky+, while

elso (in another room) watches a live Sky program?
