Thinking about it, getting a powerflash to open/close the door is one
thing, but
will it ever know whether the door's been opened externally (i.e. via
remote,
not via the button that the Powerflash would be connected to)?  I
don't think so
:-(, so it's back to installing PIRs in the garage to work out who's
where....
