I am afraid that as a spokesman for Incontinent Time Services, it is my
duty to inform you that the order you placed has been 
delayed due to an excess in demand.

We were forced to distribute our own supply of longer days and as a result
of this action we now have less time in the day to process 
orders, which in turn has contributed to a longer delay.
