Yes and no!

When I went to sell the old house I gave people the option of whether
the HA system stayed or went with me, the option of course costing them
dosh. The estate agents thought it was bloody brilliant as did many of
the viewers...trouble is none of them wanted to stump up for it and that
was selling at well under cost!
