The best place to go for is linuxiso.org most distro's already packaged as an
iso for you to download. Quite fast too.

Do you mean have it's drives & shares show up in Network Neighbourhood? Yes
you can. Most distro's come complete with Samba already setup. (Samba is the
open source implementation of SMB)
