HA system networks

As far as I know we fall into three and a bit basic categories

1) dedicated controllers e.g. HomeVision or Comfort. No PC necessary but good extra functionality
2) PC and Windows based e.g. Homeseer etc.
3) A sprinkling of Linux gurus out there
4) One Mac that I know of

I'm new to the group so hi. Been an interesting read so far.

What network do most of your HA systems work on?

Can you mark my interest for the the LED's too.

Pankaj.
