NTL Customer and have no complaints bar SkySports not in Widescreen.
CableModem service is fine and have had one outage in 17 months. As for
support you wil get more on here that any phone line !
I have only the basic 64k Cable Modem service which is fine for surfing
and I run a homeseer server on it just for my own use, which is also
acceptable speed wise. I think a phone line, always on 64k Cable Modem
service and a basic TV package is =A321(.99?) per month. Extra channels
are more blah, blah, blah.
Horses for courses I suppose but I can say I am happy with the service.
I have a BT line also and NEVER use the NTL one!! My Father has the 256k CM service and it is bloody quick but I think that is something like =A325<= BR> EXTRA per month (too rich for me!)

Michael
