Actually think it's a good deal with the 2 games and controller, you get more
for your money this way - top present! 
 
Notice that Nintendo have just dropped the price of the GameCube to £129
ahead of the May 5th launch date. I think they were pissed off at the shops
charging £169 instead of the £149 they were saying. I guess this could
result in shops really selling units for £149 after all...

My wife bought it as a birthday present for me, not realizing they were dropping the price in 5 days time. I'm not brave enough to mention it !!!

 

Completed the online form last night, and got a standard confirmation note through.

I found it to be quieter also - fortunately most games have in-game

audio settings, by default these are never set to max volume. Simply

maxing these settings gets you back close to the volume level produced

by Sky etc.

 

Did you get one at the cheaper price - or are you after the free games

and controller deal :-)
