That's not like Aria Ken, in fact I asked them something on Friday and
had a call back later that afternoon, was it a difficult request?

Do you have an order number from the web for your case?

If so, you could ring them up and get them to check it...

That's good to hear Paul as I ordered a new case from them on Thursday
and have yet to get a confirmation mail of the order. I also tried to
contact them on another matter and they ain't gotten back to me yet on
that either.
