I am just
wondering...
We are all
putting
so much home automation and alarm gear in the house, but if we are on
holidays
and burglar knows it, he will just continue with his business despite
camera
and siren (he will shut it up in 10 sec). That's why I'm thinking of house
defending itself in some way, like in the movies where treasures were
protected with many traps for intruders.
Now, I'm
interested if burglar gets hurt by such action, can he sue you? What's the
legal aspect of that?
I knew a chap
that
kept venomous snake in a house (if you can keep dog, why not a snake - that
was his argument). So if someone gets bitten by that snake while robbing
the
place kan he sue the owner?
There was a
case
last year or year before where guy shot some burglairs and ended in jail,
so
there was a long debate on TV about that and opinions were
split.
I am just
curious
to see what do you think. I don't plan to put booby traps in my flat.
