This one doesn't have a socket on.  I remember reading about problems on the TM12 when on the using the socket, but not this.
Cheers anyway

Hi,
I believe that this can occur if you use the power socket on the controller (if this model has one - I can't remember) therefore this may be the cause. I have no experience of this, as I do not own one (fingers crossed though) but I remember reading it somewhere - possibly here.

Subject: [ukha_d] CM11 PC interface

I am experiencing some problems with a CM11 X-10 interface.  It was programmed using Home Manager, but seems to time clock on the unit seems to have a mind of it's own, sometimes being out by hours, sometimes by days.  I have tried several sets of batteries which make know difference.  The final problem is the PC now fails to communicate with the CM11, the "test communication" shows failed.

Are there any known issues with these units, or does this just sound like a duffer.

Cheers
Darren
