I
think that any entryphone lock is like that. You don't touch the part in
the
door. That stays the same.
You
change the part in the door frame. It's has a relay or something that, when
released, alows you to push the door without pressing the
handle.
Take a
look when you visit someone with such system.

Cool, have you found
a
lock that acts like that? Whenever this has been discussed in the past,
the lack of an electronic lock that could also be opened by a key was a
bit of a sticking point.
