Not sure which Parasound amp you have but watch that for heat...
...I borrowed one of the 5 x 220w jobbies about 2 years ago and whilst
in itself it didn't get *THAT* hot (it had sufficient heatsinking to
keep it unflustered) it actually gave off an enormous amount of heat -
so much so that it noticeably and measurably raised the temperature in
the room that it was located! (I kid you not!) The first we realised
was
when the rest of the house was colder than expected ... The heating
thermostat was in the living room where the amp was and so it was
turning off early!
