I don't think it's there anymore, - looks like they've pulled that update
off the site.. - it might be buried somewhere a bit deeper.. - no matter
though, - win98 includes DUN 1.3, so if it's not already installed, then do
so by following this procedure:
1) Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, then double-click Add/Remove
Programs.
2)On the Windows Setup tab, double-click Communications .
3)Click to select the Dial-Up Networking Server or Dial-Up Server check
box,
and then click OK .
I'm assuming here that all the network settings are already OK - as you
already have a peer network running OK....
4)To configure a win98 PC to be a Dial-Up server: In My Computer,
double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.
5) On the Connections menu, click Dial-Up Server.
6) Click Allow Caller Access.
7) If you want to require remote users to enter a password when they
connect, click Change Password , and then type the password you want to
use.
8) Click OK .
Then try to dial into that machine and see what happens... - come back here
if it doesn't work...
