Is the machine already set up with the modem connected and configured?
Has it been set to dial OUT from that machine OK?
First off, if one of the 98 machines are to be the dial-in server, download
and install the DUN 1.4 upgrade (if you haven't already) from:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/downloads/corporate.asp
