homevision and meteor caller ID

has anyone got the homevision and meteor working. I am trying to set up
macros to announce callers and cant seem to get the format right. I have
set
for non us formats and as an example my second line is 02380-675963 which
is
as it displays on the HV pop up window. I set up a macro that "if
callers
number is 02380-675963" then acec:say:Home calling and nothing
happens
however if I use "if callers number is 02380" then it works fine.
Anyone got
any ideas please?????
