That reminds me of a conversation I overherd a couple of weeks ago:-

My mother normally child minds for us, but because her mother was ill in hospital, I have to take our daughter, Sophie (3) to ballet (that=92s what<= BR> they call it, looks more like rugby in frilly dresses to me) anyway
while the kids were running the teacher ragged I sat and waited (go the
lappy out and started working). I was the only man there and had
positioned my self out of the way so I could get some work done.

After a few minutes the conversations developed into the topic of how to buy expensive things and pass them off as bargains, whatch ot for these

Darling, look what I got from the second hand shop ( the second shop on
the left)
Darling, I got these free for filling out a questionere (Questionere is
a check)
Darling, look what I got in the sale it was half price , only =A320
(formula for real price paid is *2 +=A320 there was not a sale on)
Darling, Sally did not like this dress so she gave it to me (Sally did
not like it while they were shopping but she thought it would look good
on me)
Darling, ......
