Hi folks,

Just a quick message from a lurker - thankyou all very much for all the
invaluable information posted to the list over the past few months. I
am
almost finished my honours project, the title of which is "A
Prototype
Home Automation System". Prototype is right, but I've learned a lot
about
home automation in the process..

If anyone is interested in seeing my code, they're welcome to - my
project
involved using a Dallas Microsystems TINI board in conjunction with a
CM12U to provide a network addressable, web based home automation
system.
Note that the code is nowhere near production quality, and there are
numerous changes that I could make to make it more useful..

But anyway.. thank you all again for the help, entertainment, and
education this list has provided me with. :)
