      As the rules currently stand, it is illegal to provide a service
over 802.11b "by way of business".  That means no wireless ISPs, and no
free wireless Internet in Starbucks.  There's loads of info in the
archives for the Consume mailing list ( http://consume.net), as this
subject crops up once or twice a month.  This announcement shocked me,
as I wasn't aware the rules were set to change.  It'll mean you can
charge your neighbours to access your WLAN though ;-)
