Right,

I've just spoken to the Old Kings Head, and the story is as follows:

a) - setting up in advance - The room is used for the lunchtime session and
so will be occupied up to _about_ 3PM. There is no problem at all with some
of us turning up for about 2:45 and loitering about for the last lunchtime
customers to go. As soon as the room is empty, we can have it to start
setting up, so we should have an hour for sure...

b) - leaving kit overnight - also no problem - the room is not used on
Saturday daytime, so we would have up 'till 6PM to clear our stuff out. As I
said to the chap, given the nature of some of the kit we'll probably want to
get it out ASAP, so he said we can also get there in the morning from
anytime after about 9AM onwards... (yeah right, just _how_ likely is
that!?!)

Quite accommodating really!

Paul G.
