Trust me, Phil, in my case this DIDN'T !!!

I used that very option to add the handwriting and pen services
doobries.

I then had to manually add the Point510.CPL file to the
Windows\System directory. But it still isn't being picked up in there
for some reason.

There is no instance of the PMSET51 thing anywhere but in my
copy of the original CABS directory.

Honest !!!
