Somewhat delayed flash of perspiration (ouch!) - try
http://www.geisswerks.com/drempels/

Works as a screen saver and also desktop wallpaper - constantly changing
patterns, you can also get it to use your own source bitmaps (tileable
textured colour blends do it for me).  Don't stare at it for too long though
- it will either induce a hypnotic trance or send you fast asleep....
