Where I work causal is compulsory - you'd get the p.ss taken to
extremes
if you wore a shirt and tie!  We all get worried if the boss comes
in
looking smart, although it's usually just for a meeting with the bean
counters.

I quite often wear rugby shirts, although not posh ones.  TK-Maxx
specials usually :-)
