OT odd yahoo mail and hotmail problem

Hi

I have someone who says that neither yahoo or hotmail web mail accounts
work on there computers (they have three computers all using ICS with
NTL), they say that when they hit send the same page gets refreshed or
they get web page cannot be displayed.

The PCs conserend will work with yahoo.co.uk accounts but not hotmail
or
yahoo.com

I go them to delete temp internet files but the same problem.

Any ideas ?
