reasonably-priced buffet, including a dedicated room....

Are people looking to pay for a venue for us exclusivly, like last 
years meet, or just camping in an available "watering hole"??

Being a Friday, most city pubs are going to be PACKED.

If paying is the collective option, we are going to have to book a 
place pretty quick, for the same reason.

How much are people willing to chip in?
