I agree, hacking the Tivo is relevant to HA!!!!!

Got my Tivo Yesterday and this is what I've hacked so far.

AV input enabled as channel 99 so I can record CCTV with it.
Phone line unplugged but it now dials every night with a "Succeeded" status.
It thinks it has a "Lifetime Subscription" so no nags hopefully.
It thinks is has good "Guide Data" but it is blank.

My Tivo does not phone up Tivo for data and I am not stealing the service
