Brian,

Make a note of your settings, then use the USB config tool and do a
"reset
to factory defaults" (or whatever the option is called), from the main
page.
(this will lose all your config changes of course...)

Then try the SNMP utility, and use a password of "public"

Do *NOT* attempt to change the SNMP password, as it doesn't seem to work...
(for me anyway...)
