Can you not just check your IP address and subnet mask next time you log on
as that will give you the range you are coming in on, or are you after the
root CIDR address block allocated to BT?

Is "can you give me the IP address range that my IP is allocated from
when
I
connect using your ISP service" a reasonable question to ask your ISP?

I needed the address range to be able to access a secure server but BT
refused to answer giving "I am afraid that due to security reasons BT
Internet do not give out a range of IP addresses available, and for this
reason I can not help you any further on this matter." as a reason...
