Glaring problem #1: you are assuming the relay in the timeclock is
switching mains voltage. It may not be; not all boilers switch 240v
by any stretch of the imagination.
Possible problem #2: Even if it does, you may have problems with the
neutral wire requirement for an AW10.
Possible problem #3: AW10's leak current to the controlled device.
This may be sufficient to activate your boiler controls.
Solution to all the above: introduce a relay into the equation,
controlled by an AW10 or whatever else you fancy, in parallel with
timer contacts.
