Guys,
I went from plusnot to demon. It was a cost increase 6.99 to 19.99
plus BT's surftime charge. The is demon.service groups is full of
complaints but i have had not one problem. I recently downloaded a couple
of ISO's but in general i have tried to limit my on time to 16 hrs in fear
of being dumped again.
ADSL is too exspensive for me. Broadband will never come, although
the otherside of the road is cabled we have not been.
As time is no issue for me i am quite happy with 64k as long as its
100% reliable an available.

Demon have been reliable, stable and fast, on the odd
time where they have
had problems, resolution is in the order of
minutes, not hours...
The *only* teensy bugbear was them killing
the 128k bonded service, and not
replacing it (yet)
Still, a
million times better than BT
