Internet Connection Sharing... bundled with Win2k & ?Win98?... you dial
up
from one PC to the Internet.  This PC runs ICS and is connected to a LAN.
The other PCs on the LAN go via the first PC's internet connection.

e.g. I have a Win2k box connecting to the internet via ISDN.  When my wife
surfs from her PC, my PC routes her requests down the ISDN connection.
Works for analogue, GSM connections etc.
