It seems 490 individual IP addresses took 32 swings each at my box :) It
bopped and weaved them all. What a fighter ;)

As default IIS writes it's log files to %systemroot%\system32\logfiles
Where %systemroot% is the directory you installed NT to, i.e. c:\winnt
In there are directories relating to the services you run
i.e.
w3svc1
msftpsvc1
etc...
Within those directories are the text log files
