I have a modem acting as a fax machine which to be honest gets very little
use as I deal almost entirely through email. However the last three faxes I
have received have come out compressed vertically. They are readable but
only take up about 50% of the height of the A4 page. I can't find any
settings on my machine that could be causing this, and it may be that the
sender has a problem (two of the faxes were from the same location). But I
would be grateful if some of you could send me a fax just to test it, the
number is 01908 511422. If by any chance anyone knows what might be causing
this then please let me know. I am using a US Robotics Sportster Voice fax
modem connected to a windows 2000 Professional machine and everything has
worked fine in the past. I am not aware of any changes, but have recently
upgraded to IE6 so who knows?

Regards

Graham
