Straight off the top of my head...

The Matrix (Entrance Lobby Shootout Scene),
City of Angels (Chapters 12 and 24),
Contact (Good To Go...),
True Lies (Bathroom shootout)
HEAT (Bank Heist)
Ronin (Main car chase "Parisien Pursuit")
