Hi,

One of the only things I don=92t like about Pocket PC is that it will only
sync (without extra software) with the inbox in outlook and not
subfolders.

I have a not so elegant workaround which might be of use to others.

I have switched of many not the rules which are used to move emails into
subfolders, I have left switched on rules for messages that I would not
normally read i.e. junk & reference stuff, Amazon reminders etc.

This way my inbox on the ipaq has all the messages that I would normally
read on a daily basis, admittly all jumbled up, I can now scan these on
the ipaq during my day and delete any that I would not want to keep,
thus the next sync will remove them from outlook.

Periodically (every 3 or 4 days) I go the rules wizard, and select run
now. All my rules kick in and move all the messages into the correct
folders for future ref.

Its just a shame that there is not timed rule run, because I not you can
select some attributes like "read" (in Xp might be in 2000) this
would
mean that after you have read a email it then gets moved, now that would
be nice.

John
