Another possibility - ou could use one of the
Video
Sender product type things that send video on the 2.4Ghz band - they handle
stereo ok and go through normal/thin walls - plus they are discounted at
HomeBase if you can find one - and ++ they do a model that transmits IR - -
I'm
sure KAT5 will catch up some day soon ;)

Kevin,
only because
I
have no Cat5 (except for that which is strewn across the floor :-O )
installed
and the walls have this funny kind of artexy type stuff on it which means
that
cutting channels to put cables in would be a definate no-no with SWMBO. I
do
have coax to 3 rooms (one of which is the living room) but the locations
aren't really where I want them as such (2 bedrooms - none of which is the
master ;-( ) so pulling it out and installing CAT5 (and KAT5) isn't really
an
option sadly... One day...one day I will get the chance to build my own
place
how *I* want it and not someone elses idea of a
house!

Do something wacky, call it "art",
and
people will fawn over you.
