I could come away with some glib comment about the use of the word lungs
in that sentence or, rather, the slang reference to use of the word. Or
I could simply point out that the dead would wake up faster at 2am,
unless this had something to do with the previously mentioned reference
and sleep had not yet been attained. But last time we had a conversation
along these lines we got into trouble so I'll just zip it!
