Excellent, sounds like this will do what I want it too then.
I may come back to you on the URL's as other uses of the remote will
probably come to mind, now I just need to keep my fingers crossed that my
pronto can learn the codes.

I've been using one of these for about 6 months and am very happy with it.
To my ears the quality is very good, but I'm not particularly demanding.
The remote can be used to control pretty much anything. Out of the box it
will only work with the supplied software but there are programs available
on the net which allow you to program your own uses for it. I can probably
find the urls if you want. I've got it controlling Winamp, I keep meaning
to
experiment a bit with it but haven't got round to it!
