Hi Mick,

This price is _just_ for cabling. He will be wiring the house up as if it
were a normal house and leaving me to wire up cats, x10's etc when I move
in (do with the certification and him not pricing for sitting there
putting cats into a patch panel). All the cables will be marked up and
left either hanging out of boxes or bundled up in existing sockets.
Minimal chasing is needed for cables as most of it is dry wall and
anything that is running down the outside walls will be in casing and
boarded over.

Current stage of build is roof on, no internal walls or floorboards so
its the best stage for electrical fixing.
