Wouldn't the simplest solution be to set 2 groups up, off-topic and
on-topic. Those who want on-topic only subscribe to that, and off-topic
lovers can subscribe to both. All it requires is for you to sign up to
ukha_d_ot to getthe off-topic posts. I'm sure we can all enforce this
appropriately. Simply divert your post depending on whether it's on topic
or not.
