Strange ... what cards do you have in there?

Install Win2k with just the graphics card if at all possible and then introduce cards one at a time - shutting down betwen each.

I get this problem if I install Win2k on my K6-2 450 machine with multiple cards installed ... introducing them one at a time sorts the problem.

I reformatted the drive so no previous install.

I had a similar experience ... ensure that you wiped and reinstalled the OS rather than repairing the previous install.

I have installed W2K onto a new machine today and it keeps rebooting. It starts up then just as it's going to display the desktop it reboots, it keeps doing this time after time.
I've reinstalled W2K but it still does the same.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Alancc
