You could always try the Phil Harris diet...

....you eat as much "junk" as you like but each time you go
shopping or buy a
burger or whatever then you put the same amount of money you spent on food
in a jar.

After about a year if you've been going well then you should have enough in
the jar to have liposuction to remove the excess of what you ate!
