I know of it. My brother and wife have just started it!

My big problem is because I'm sitting down all day I simply don't burn the
calories. My equilibrium calorie intake is around 1000. The trouble is I
like my food too much, and I've let the weight creep on over the past few
years.

I'm on a diet that was put together for me by a dietician, and is basically
carbs and fibre with a bit of protein limited to 600 calories a day.

Because I have to limit the calories I have to be really careful about what
sort of dieting I do.

Thanks though..

Tim.
