You do need to get the book (which is a glossy, American-style
paperback, called something along the lines of "The Miracle Atkins
Diet."=A3)

The book is hideously written, and you'll end up wanting to throw
something at the author for sheer arrogance, but it does work.

I took off a stone in 14 days AND kept it off... The winner is that it's
an easy diet to keep to, so it actually worked. Wheras on previous ones,
I've cheated!

I have got another two stone to loose, and because I spend my whole time
sitting down, I'm limited to 600 calories a day ATM - no crisps, nuts,
pizza or anything else that tastes nice, just pasta, and the odd baked
potato.

Is it just my imagination or are bags of Tortilla Chips getting more
crumpled nowadays ... I've only managed to get a small plate of melted
cheese on tortillas out of a big 200g bag of 'em.

There's a good half bag of crumbs left ... no good for melting cheese
over and certainly no good for dipping. I'm disgusted!
