It depends how observant/techie your SWMBO is.
 
I got away with a new surround amp dvd and tape deck for nearly two months, before I gave in and told her, the suspense was killing me.
 
Unfortunately she is now savvy and keep an inventory :-(

If I stratch out the A150 and write, in crayon, A110 will it start to work
?

   Anyone got strategies (preferably successful) for getting new kit in
with being noticed. The best one I though of was getting a new lockable
HiFi cabinet with dark smoked glass doors, and then be very gentlemanly and
offer to load any CD, DVD, etc into the machine for her.
