Nice one Dave!!  This is going to be a godsend...

1) It'll make updating the FAQ one hell of a lot easier.
2) People wont feel so bad about telling people to search the archive for
answers to common questions. How can you redirect someone to a service that
would take so long to find an answer it's honestly quicker to mail the
list.
