I had exactly the same problem. I ordered an Audrey and the USB
adapter, the adapter arrived about 5 days later, but no sign of
Audrey.

I called them to find out what was going on, they ran a shipping
trace and told me that it was being returned.  They have sent out
another unit so I'll let you know if she arrives.
